Ravens Edge Bengals 35-34 in Thrilling Comeback, Sealing Victory with Late Two-Point Conversion Stop

In a stunning Thursday night showdown, the Baltimore Ravens claimed a narrow 35-34 win over the Cincinnati Bengals, capped off by a failed two-point conversion attempt with just 38 seconds remaining. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow’s pass to Tanner Hudson fell incomplete, marred by a lack of a defensive holding call and a controversial missed face mask penalty.

Lamar Jackson and Ja'Marr Chase delivered standout performances. Jackson threw for 290 yards and four touchdowns, completing a late-game surge with four consecutive touchdown drives. Chase countered with an 11-catch, 264-yard night, setting a record as the first NFL player with multiple games over 260 receiving yards.

Down 21-7 in the third quarter, Jackson led a comeback, completing 12 of 14 passes for 205 yards and three touchdowns, with a perfect 158.3 passer rating on the final four drives. Despite Burrow’s 428-yard, four-touchdown effort, the Bengals’ defense faltered, allowing Baltimore to erase a 14-point lead.

The Ravens improved to 7-3 and will face the Steelers (6-2) next week, while the Bengals, now 4-6, take on the Chargers (5-3) as they attempt to keep playoff hopes alive.
